At the dawn of the 21st century, on the threshold of the new millennium, we extend this greeting, an oli aloha favored by our kupuna. Thank you for allowing us into your lives and hearts, to share music, hula and laughter. As five Hawaiians who love making music, we humbly present our fifth recording with gratitude, respect and aloha to each of you, from the rising sun at Ha‘eha‘e to the setting sun at Lehua, from zenith to horizon, to the far reaches of this sometimes complex world.
